The Congee Noodle House is located at the podium level of an office building. The Owner decided to open an establishment where a sumptuous meal could be had for those who needs to have their meals quick.
Being that congee and noodles are fast and easy dishes to be served and all the while identified as absolutely Chinese cuisine, the motifs for the interior has been set with that direction in mind. Features and dividers with anodized aluminum tubes simulate bamboo enclosures, giving the impression of being in a bamboo forest. Large circular windows, reminiscent of traditional Chinese architecture, line the wall with cove lighting and bamboo graphics as. The character is further established with the use of traditional Chinese bird cages as accent drop lights over the dining tables.
With subtle mood lighting and strong motif elements arrayed for character , along with a smartly planned layout for privacy, the dining experience is most assuredly impressionable for visitors.
